Activities performed by me:
I developed Project Charter, identified stakeholders and Project Management Plan.
I planned management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk responses, HSE, procurement and stakeholder engagement. I collected requirements, defined scope and activities, created WBS and its dictionary with work packages, estimate activity durations and resources and costs, developed schedule and critical path with using CPM software program, determine budget (cash flow, S curve), identified risks, and performed qualitative and quantitative risks analyses.
I directed project works including design, all civil and MEP works and managed project knowledge, quality assurance, team, communications, HSE and stakeholder engagements. I acquired resources, developed team, implement risk responses, completed work packages and conduct procurements. Cost Engineering and contract administration.

Main project features: EPC Contract including design, supply and construction of Residential Villages and Office District in Zubair- Basra Oil Field. Residences for 300 junior, 29 senior expatriates, office, training, clinic, kitchen, canteen, laundry, fitness, mosque, outdoor sport fields, infrastructure and landscaping. 100, 000 square meters of closed area. 800*820 meters of construction area.
Activities performed by me: I developed Project Management Plan. I planned management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk responses, HSE, security, procurement and stakeholder engagement. I collected requirements, defined activities, created WBS and its dictionary with work packages, estimate activity durations, man-hours, resources and costs, developed schedule with using CPM software program, determined budget (cash flow, S curve), identified risks, and performed qualitative and quantitative risks analyses.

Name of the Project: 5 Star Hotel Construction, Bodrum / Turkey

Main Contractor: Antalya Golf Club A.O.
Main project features: Design, supply and construction of villas and the seven star hotel block with 65 suit rooms, lobby, restaurant, ballroom conference hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Golf playing ground and other sport and leisure premises including technical facilities and landscaping. Construction Area: 29, 000 m2, closed area 40, 000 m2. The project was included 600, 000 m3 of very hard rock excavation 40 meters in depth; the surface nailed and shotcreted. Due to short construction period in touristic “Bodrum” town most of the construction activities had been carried out together by overlapping them, had been completed earlier than planned, being resulted saving costs in indirect costs.
Activities performed by me: I developed Project Management Plan.

Main Contractor: Key Plan SRL
Main project features: FIDIC (Red Book) contract, Mall and Recreation centre. Shell and Core including engineering, design, supply and construction. Concept project is by Chapman Taylor, Control: EMCT- France. Tenants: shops, market, building markets, DIY, cinema city and high rise office blocks. Reinforced concrete works, composite slab, precast beams and slabs, steel structure, civil and finishing works, façade, landscape and infrastructure works. 18 tower cranes, several mobile cranes, concrete batching plant, Q/C lab., precast manufacturing yard, etc. 40 engineers, technicians and 1500 workers have taken place in the project.

Main project features: Turnkey EPC contract including operation materials, Design, supply and construction of a five star hotel block with 154 rooms, lobby, restaurant, ballroom, conference hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and other sport and leisure premises including technical facilities and landscaping. Waste water treatment plant and desalination plant including water intake unit and perth. Decoration and Furnishment. Construction Area: 20, 000 m2 closed area + 16, 000 m2 open area. Due to order from President of Turkmenistan the project had been completed in 11 months although the contract duration was 18 months and handed over to operation.
Activities performed by me: I developed Project Charter, identified stakeholders and prepared Project Management Plan.

Name of the Projects: Industrial Projects: CCR, MSCC and Lube Oil Units, Turkmenistan
Client: Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan.
Projects Main features: The modernization program of the existing Turkmenbashi Refinery, three units: Total price of 3 projects: $550, 000.
1. CCR: Continuous Catalytic Platformer Unit (CCR), 750, 000 ton/year
Main Contractor: Chiyoda (Japan) & Gama Industry J.V.
The lump-sum turn key contract for the CCR Unit was signed between the Minestry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan and the CHIYODA - GAMA Consortium on February, 16th, 1996. The detailed design, procurement and construction of the unit was completed within 32 months after the effective date of the contract, with an extended coorperation between the Turkmen, Israel, Turkish and Japanese. The unit is the first investment to be completed under the modernisation programme of the Turkmenbashi Refinery under the process licence of UOP
2. MSCC: 900, 000 ton/year gasoil capacity of Milisecond Catalytic Cracking Unit and common Cooling Water / Desalination Unit Facilities were included.
Main Contractor: Technip - Germany
Sub Contractor: Gama Industrial Plants Manufacturing and Erection, Inc.
Construction, erection, commissioning and start-up of Turkmenbashy Refinery MSCC Unit and were completed on Jun.2000.
3. Lube- Oil Plant: 76, 200 ton/year capacity Lube Oil unit and Warehouse
Main Contractor: Technip & Mannesman KTI- Germany
Sub Contractor: Gama Industrial Plants Manufacturing and Erection, Inc., Turkey
Turnkey Construction and Erection works of Turkmenbashy Refinery Lube Oil Unit and were completed on November 2001.
Activities performed by me: I checked Project Charters prepared by PM’s, identified stakeholders and approved Project Management Plans.
We, together with PM’s planned management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk responses, HSE, procurement and stakeholder engagement. We collected requirements, defined scope and activities, created WBS and its dictionary with work packages, estimate activity durations and resources and costs, developed schedule and critical path with using CPM software program, determine budget (cash flow, S curve), identified risks, and performed qualitative and quantitative risks analyses.

I coordinated sources, use of construction facilities (batching plant, warehouses, manufacturing yards, and temporary facilities, etc) and inventory materials (formwork, equipment) and man power. Directed three Project Managers of the projects. I provided leadership and direction to other functions supporting the projects including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services. Managed change orders. Carried official correspondence and Customs clearance operations and inland transportation of heavy bulk equipment (the biggest was 620 ton) and materials. Liaison with the Client’s representatives and Ministry staff. These Projects had been completed out with 90 engineers, technicians, 40 staff and 2000 workers.

Main project features: Turnkey - Design, supply and construction of a five star hotel complex with 280 rooms (one presidential suit, 2 suites), lobby, restaurant, ballroom conference hall, SPA, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, 12 luxury villas, other sport and leisure premises including technical facilities, infrastructure and landscaping. Additionally; Reconstruction and fit out works for 5 star hotel and SPA. The Hotel Complex EPC project in Black Sea region through all phases of the project life cycle including engineering, manufacturing, delivery, construction, installation, commissioning, and hand over to commercial operation.
Construction Area: 35, 600 m2 closed area + 60, 000 m2 open area.
Activities performed by me: I developed Project Charter, identified stakeholders and Project Management Plan. I planned management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk responses, HSE, procurement and stakeholder engagement. Main project features: Turn-key design, supply of materials and construction of a 24-storey five-star hotel comprising 238 normal rooms, 39 deluxe rooms, 17 suits, 6 villas, restaurants, night clubs, casino, health centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, beach facilities and garage. Beach facilities and access bridge to beach above the railway. Piling, shear walls, Infrastructure works, landscaping, outdoor facilities and roads

I implement risk responses, completed work packages and conduct procurements. Cost Engineering. I checked and revised the application drawings, prepared shop drawings and draw method of constructions. Important feature: Installation of the Access Bridge to the beach facilities had been done by using helicopter.

Activities performed by me: To dismantle existing buildings and infrastructure and to construct foundation of the Boiler Plant. To implement the contract. De-contamination by dewatering. I directed project works all civil works and managed project knowledge, quality assurance, team. I implement risk responses, completed work packages and conduct procurements. Cost Engineering. I checked and revised the application drawings, prepared shop drawings and draw method of constructions.
Important feature: The in-situ concrete work had carried out during winter by applying “electro grave” method, although the temperature was around minus 38C, mission accomplished with success.

Activities performed by me: I directed some of civil works and managed project knowledge, quality assurance, team. I implement risk responses, completed work packages and conduct procurements. I prepared shop drawings and draw method of constructions to execute structural and civil works of kinder garden, 2 schools, university building, small hospital and sport hall. The technologic formwork had been modified by me to cast the proposed buildings.

I revised the application drawings, prepared shop drawings and draw method of constructions to execute sewerage, water supply and water network construction and earthworks for the other engineering utilities. To construct the water supply and 30 km waste water pipe line to treatment plant.
