•Fleet & Accommodation Management
•Updating the Policy & Procedures
•Coordination with Other department and Projects
•Maintaining Client, Supplier, Government & Agencies relations
Recruiter(Middle east and CIS Countries):
Manpower planning:-
Collection of Required manpower Vs Project schedule and arranging the recruitment.
Blue-collar:- Arranging the interview for Blue-collar through agencies and through Consultancies(India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Vietnam).
•Selection of suitable applications by discussing with Regional Director
•Verifying the Genuity and forwarding the application to concerned HRAD personal for Visa processing.
White collar:- Sourcing the CV’s by giving advertisement in local news paper and job portals. Shortlisting and arranging the interview with COO.
•Preparing and releasing the offer letter and with acceptance forwarding to HR for visa process.
Executive Secretary
•Coordinate and facilitate executive’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, Conference calls, Weekly meetings and Annual Group Meetings etc.
•Conducting Company Annual Cricket and other tournaments.
•Negotiating with Real Estate/Owners on Leasing of Executives Accommodations etc
•Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of projects
•Arranging Mandatory Safety Certificates and training through institutions
•Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, weekly Progress meetings and Annual Board meetings.
•Attending the meeting and keep minutes
•Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence
•Executives - Travel desk management
