- Project: Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. Value around AED 550 Million / 9 Residential buildings - 724 flats.
- Job Description: working closely with the existing team to improve productivity and recover delays.
- Project Achievements: completing 4 buildings /166 flats. Then, the project was on hold for financial problems.
- Projects: The heart of Europe (Dubai World Island): Cote d’Azur Hotel: Enabling works / R/C works / Design Stage. / St. Petersburg Resort: Small Island with restaurant, pools, etc.
- Job description: coordinating with the various departments for the finalization of the design and initiating the start of the works.
- Projects Achievement: Re-designing the dewatering system that led to saving 50% of the initial cost.
- Project: Meydan Residence 1. Value: AED 161 Million / 4 x G+4 Residential buildings.
- Job description: mainly to adapt to the new position as Project Manager to head all the operations through the life cycle of the project: engineering, procurement, execution, and handing over.
- Projects Achievement: works completed in Sep-2017 - all executed works were accepted by the Engineer with a limited list of de-snagging items. Obtaining more than 10 Million of variations with an Extension of time through the micro-management of the commercial team.
- Project: SIBCO Mega Plant. Value more than SAR 525 Million. Constructing one of the largest Pepsi Factories in the Middle East.
- Job description: effective coordination with other Construction Managers for the success of the project.
- Project Achievement: leading the commercial process by maintaining & submitting proper documentation: the project faced many challenges due to repetitive design changes & missing design information: around 132 delay notices & 170 variation notices (more than SAR 40M) submitted during the 1st year of the project.
- Project: Lebanon Waterfront City. Value $225 Million. Construction of 10 residential buildings with facilities.
- Job description: collaborating & assisting the Tendering team to prepare the presentation for the project before being awarded. Then, preparing for the mobilization once awarded, and initiating the enabling works.

- Project: Elite Residence Tower - World’s 3rd tallest residential tower @ Completion, Aug-2012. Final Value of AED 774 Million. A striking landmark of 381 meters high / 91 floors - 697 flats (1, 2, 3 & 4 BR flats).
- Job description: leading the construction from start to handover in such an iconic project. Also, played a major role in making smooth transition / handover among the 3 PMs who were changed during the project.

- Project: Aweer Gas Turbine Power Station (Civil works). Value: AED 45 Million Phase II & 65 Million Phase III
- Job description: mainly to adapt to the new managerial position as Construction Manager to cooperate & lead the existing team for handing over Phase II initially, before the award of Phase III.
- Projects Achievement: through dedicated & organizational work during a short period in my first managerial role, I was assigned to be on the head of construction in one of the tallest residential towers.
Project: Emirates Airlines Head Quarter (UAE): Contract value of 530 Million AED ($145 Million). Building that houses the Emirates Airlines crews, etc. The project is spread over a 170, 000 m2 built up area, connected via a tunnel to Dubai International Airport, with 2- 11 storey car parks on either sides of the building. In addition, to 159, 000 m3 of concrete, 20, 000 T of steel.
- Project: Ikea Hypermarket & Atrium Buildings - Dubai Festival City (UAE): Contract value of 330 Million AED ($100 Million). A JV with Higgs & Hills. A 100, 000 m2 Festival Power Center that was built in 12 months.

Project: Independent Water & Power Project (IWPP) (UAE): Contract value of 250 Million AED. The project involves installing 1, 550 MW of new build based on Frame 9 Gas Turbines. ACC scope of works includes civil, structural, building & external works, and the outfall channel for both the power and desalination elements.
- Project: Arraya Center (Kuwait): Contract value of 31.5 Million KD ($107 Million). One of the prestigious projects in Kuwait. Arraya comprised a 33-storey 4-star hotel (306 rooms), an office hall building, conference & shopping complex, together with multi-storey car parking facilities.
- Project: Salhia Car Park: Contract value of 2.5 Million KD ($8 Million).
Main tasks: following up project activities, mainly R/C structures, earthworks, finishing activities. In addition to preparation of BBS, coordinating with Consultant & with various Sub-contractors, etc.
- Project: AL Mashreq Hospital Project / Clinique du Levant (Lebanon): A medico-surgical establishment accommodating over 130 patients.
- Main tasks: following up project activities, mainly R/C structures, finishing activities. In addition, preparation of Bill of Quantities, coordinating with Consultant & with various Sub-contractors.
- Project: AL Mashreq Hospital Project / Clinique du Levant (Lebanon): A medico-surgical establishment accommodating over 130 patients.
- Main tasks: following up project activities, mainly R/C structures & concrete batch plant production. In addition, preparation of Bill of Quantities, preparation of BBS, coordinating with Main Contractor & various Suppliers.
- Project: Saudi Chevron Petrochemical Aromax Benzene & Cyclohexane Plant. Contract value: USD 650 M. It involved 22, 000 m3 of concrete; 2, 000 T of steel; 8, 000 m2 of buildings, etc.
- Main tasks: following up project activities, mainly main Pipe Rack (pre-cast & installation), earthworks,
R/C structures, paving, finishing activities.
- Project: Construction of the intersection linking Ashrafieh, Corniche & Sin El Fil. The project consists of infrastructure works, U/G facilities, bridges, tunnel, roads, R/C structures, Terre Armee, retaining structures, etc.
- Main tasks: following up project activities, mainly earthwork, R/C structures (retaining walls, tunnel, bridges), Terre armee, underground facilities.
