Testing and Commissioning:
•Testing and commissioning of Low and Medium voltage Switchgears (Chinese and ABB Switchgear's).
•Testing and commissioning of two number of ACS5000VFD cabinets for ID fan motor rated 4.3MVA.
•Testing and commissioning of HT and LT motors.
•Commissioned 7 number of HT motors ranges from 1MW to4MW (11KV&6.6KV).
•Testing and commissioning of 56 numbers 150KVA, 415V/75KV oil cooled transformer for ESP.
•Testing and commissioning of Transformers up to 2.5MVA.
•Testing of HT / LT cables.
•Testing and commissioning of soot blowers for coal fired boilers.
•Commissioned two number of Rotary APH.

•LT Motors service and maintenance and electrical equipment’s repairing works.
•Relay restricted earth fault relay, overload relay & commissioning.

•Operational and maintenance of MV, HV, Metering Panel.
More than sixteen (16) years of dedicated work experience in various technical and engineering disciplines. Works involved in electrical Construction works such as Cable Glanding, Termination & Testing, power cable tray, roughing-in of all conduit pipes, pulling of high and low tension cables, control cables, high voltage insulation and hook-up as well, including grounding system. Fabrication works and other electrical work related.
Key Skills
Provides technical assistance regarding estimates of materials needed for the construction.
Prepares work schedule / manpower loads / daily activities
Field supervision / oversee and monitoring of all related electrical works from cable trenches and aboveground installation.
Supervision on the installation of high voltage and medium voltage switch gears, motor control center (MCC), power transformers from 33kv / 6.6kv / 0.4kv and all related control panels, remote control units and pushbutton switches.
Supervision on the installation of lighting fixtures and small power socket outlets.
Supervision and assist in the installation of power cable tray, roughing-in of all conduit pipes, pulling of high and low tension cables, control cables, termination, high voltage insulation and hook-up as well, including grounding system.
Co-ordinate accordingly with subcontractor all related electrical works that requires permit, such as excavation, hot and cold permits.
Initiate punch list items upon completion of each process system area prior to turnover / pre-commissioning.
Report directly all related work activities to my supervisor and monitor the enforcement of company’s safety policy’s and regulation which is the no. 1 priority
