I’m an Assistant Administrator my role and tasks are : supporting the management of the company, assisting in all work ways such as filling, correspondence, organizing documents, organizing meetings, organizing catering for meetings, organizing the people in the company, creating favorable work conditions for the employees, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments, dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager, I´m responsible to pay salaries to the workers and controlling the company´s expenses, using the internet banking.

I worked at Instituto Nilia for 10 years, teaching English to Portuguese speaking students from the ages os 5 to 12 years old.
Basicaly was more oral lessons, for the younger students. For the 8 year olds to 12 was more of an introduction of grammar, reading and writting. I was also tutoring after classes to young chidren with difficulties in English. Over the school holidays i would provide lessons, tutoring in English .
When I worked at the Restaurant I was the managers assistant, I was responsible for the daily stock control, back office management, procurement as in dealing with our suppliers, making sure we had our producst arriving on time, buying and negotiating the best prices. Making sure the best service was being held to all our customers, making sure our staff meet the qualities expected, and worked smoothly on time.
I did an a Short Intensive course on Human Resources, wich i have a certificate for it. When I finished this course i worked as an apprentice in a Company called AGA (lawyers) in the Human Resources Department for 6 months.
I did a course on Organisational Psychology , the first two years was basicaly clinical Psychology , the remaining 3 was focused on (Industrial) Work Psychology .
