Petroleum Development Oman(PDO), Marmul Oil field
1. Crude oil wells and on plot upstream brown field operations, Green Field Off plot delivery Pipeline installation, PE lining, Hydro testing, new well pad creations and cellar pit constructions .
2. Above fields both Green field & Brown field maintenance, new installation permit to work system preparation, issuing, authorization and HSE points cross checks, confirming assurance and its accountability .
3. Training to operation & Maintenance Team H2S Hazards Handling, Hydrocarbon Gases flammable Gas & Toxic Gas Hazards handling, , Handling of Environmental Hazards, Lifting & procedures, Procedure of working at height, Excavation, working near Overhead line and live lines, confined space entries.
4. Preparing proposals for modifications of facilities, control & safety schemes and process operating parameters to enhance safety, reliability and process performance
Again joined in this Oil&Gas project from 2016 January and till to date working
worked as Utilities Operation& Maintenance Engineer
Operation & Maintenance exp in Waste water treatment, Process water, Potable water units and 6 NO ‘s of Gas fired Steam boilers- 136 T, Steam VAC chillers - 4500 TR, Methanol chillers, lime- slaker, Reverse osmosis, Cooling towers by centralized DCS system.
Worked as Operation & Maintenance in-charge of two Waste water treatment plants (Activated sludge recycling) and involved in new waste water treatment project-Erection & commissioning works.
Operational experience in Utilities & Gas turbines Power generation - 15 MW (3 months)
Potable water & Reverse osmosis plants O&M.
Worked as Manager Production in Natural Gas Processing Plant Capacity of 10 MMSCM and Hydro carbon condensate Purification 2KL.
Maintaining & operating of 36 Gas wells and its Transit line.
Involved in Commissioning & Operation of Formaldehyde Based polymer plant and spray Dryer.
Operations of Aqueous Formaldehyde Plant.
Shift In-charge of production activities of Liquified sulphurdioxide plant & Sodium hydrosulphite plant and Effluent Treatment system.
Involved in commissioning of New Plant Sodium Formaldehyde sulfoxylate plant.
Shift in-charge of Epoxy Resin Production Medium scale Plant .
Passed with 61 % - CHEMICAL ENGINEERING.
