•Responsible for all the maintenance operation & coordinate all the services including MEP, Firefighting, HVAC, Civil Works, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, FLS, ELV System and etc. •Efficient tracking and management of full inventory system, equipment, spares, and consumables.
•Managing the CAFM system for PPM and reactive maintenance. Continually managing and implementing enhanced working methods and/or processes to improve operational helpdesk CAFM efficiency within the scope of the helpdesk service in accordance with industry good practice.
•Managing 1300 + Assets, Preparing PPM schedules, set the frequency for all the assets. Coordinate maintenance schedules and technical evaluation with service providers along the HSEMS procedures and Managing 20+ Subcontractors different locations
•Reporting to Client regularly, Meeting and maintaining good communication and Rapport with client and client's team.
•Responsible for takeover the building and prepare the snag report as per the scope of works, deploy the team and providing technical support to all end users of the helpdesk CAFM systems
•Responsibility for meeting KPI's and SLAs defined within the Contract
•Daily monitoring of the day-by-day activities and facility service request to complete, close the pending request and regular site visits and conduct facility audits, HVAC/MEP checks
•Arranging for managing the third-party inspections visits and follow-up actions and Issue Work
•Permits for contractors following risk assessment analysis & Maintain Safety in standard way.
•Responsible for maintaining and repairing all building assets including HVAC, plumbing, electrical components and general maintenance. Provide technical leadership and support to technicians in HVAC and MEP . Lead FM team (60 Members, Including Cleaners, MEP Technicians and Supervisors)Ensure that the HVAC system runs smoothly and efficiently, in addition working with the HVAC •calculations and Chiller site condition to avoid the energy consumption.

• Working with a team and installing & managing the radiology equipments.
• Coordinating with Engineering team and sub-contractors for field related queries.
• Installing the equipments in line with company standards and regulations.
• Undertake activities like Installation of RF cage for the MRI
• Assist with technical expertise at various phases across the project
• Identifying any changes to scope and report back to the manager as early as possible
• Ensure all the paper works is available and that it has been reviewed and understood before setting out to site.
• For care of equipment, to keep in good working order any tools, equipment or vehicles supplied by the company.
• Coordinating with field supervisor/contractors and making plans to get job done more efficiently.
• Complete all necessary job sheets and other documentation as required.
