responsible for handling local and international purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Coordinating with suppliers, warehouse, finance, and different departments to support smooth operations while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Manage the end-to-end local procurement cycle within a large-scale food manufacturing environment, including reviewing purchase requests, preparing RFQs, receiving and analyzing quotations, supplier evaluation, negotiation of prices and commercial terms, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.

Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including production, maintenance, finance, and projects teams, to ensure timely sourcing of materials, spare parts, services, and equipment in line with operational requirements and budget constraints.

Support factory expansion, maintenance, and improvement projects through sourcing, contractor and service provider coordination, bid evaluation, and procurement follow-up to ensure on-time execution.

Contribute to procurement planning and reporting activities by tracking purchasing activities, monitoring supplier performance, supporting spend analysis, and preparing periodic procurement reports to support management decision-making.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support continuity of supply and continuous improvement initiatives.

Exposure to import-related procurement concepts and international market analysis through specialized training, including trade data analysis tools and international sourcing frameworks.
