Managing, controlling, and coordinating the work at site between civil, architecture, electrical and MEP works
Providing site work schedule and progress report.
Following up with consultant to get the approval for materials and shop drawings
Ensuring technical standard of safety and security are implemented in all project sites
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Preparing monthly invoice and revise the invoices of subcontractors.
Preparing comparative costs, breakdown, cost analysis for variation orders (V.O).

Installations of Variable Speed Drivers Panels for 20 Water pump stations.
Installation of Dry Transformers with associated Lighting Panels.
Installation of MTS & ATS with all wiring and testing.
