I'm part of KPO Engineering and Technical Authority department, nominated as TA-2 across entire organization for being responsible for TSE and Process Safety matters.
Reporting to Lead TSE eng (TA-1), additionally participate in MOC panels (CP 2 stage) standing for TA-1 to ensure Safety aspects are considered in plant modifications.
Acting as a Lead TSE in projects (Focal point) being responsible for timely delivery of projects Safety related documentation.
Experienced in projects handover activities to Operations department (PSSR).
Support Operations department via RFAs ( Requests for Assistance) in performing physical effect modelling by PHAST, LOPA exercises and other relevant actitivites.

• Supported the PHA of various projects using HAZOP methodology. Generated safety recommendations and ensured that they were implemented.
• Participated in Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis and Vessel Survivability Assessment (VSA) studies, ensuring safe plant operation.
• Conducted Risk Assessments using LOPA and SIL assessments for various safety systems, including the safety instrumented functions (SIF).
• Worked closely with design contractors to review and approve safety documentation, including Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments and fire and gas detection layouts along with other typical safety deliverables.

• Developed Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) for large-scale chemical projects, including the LIWA Plastics Project in Oman.
• Risk Based Inspection (RBI) analysis for the Duqm Project, identifying critical safety areas and ensuring mitigation measures were in place.
• Conducted risk assessments using PHAST for consequence modeling, focusing on loss of containment scenarios

• Represented a Process Safety / HSE team in front of the client.
• Participated in multiple HAZID and HAZOP workshops, ensuring that all safety risks were identified for sour gas projects.
• Conducted Safety Critical Element (SCE) identification and developed Design and Operational Performance Standards for the Karachaganak facilities.
• Collaborated with engineering teams to conduct dispersion modeling for gas vent stack design, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations as well as Companys standards.
