Meanwhile I am responsible for maintaining PTW system and performing TRA, JSA & HAZOP studies. Writing Operating & Start-up / Shut down procedures and temporary work instructions. Training of national colleagues.
Safe & smooth operation of following areas,
Crude Oil Separation
Three phase separation unit have a capacity of 500, 000 BLPD with 1000 MMSCFD produced gas (containing H2S). The unit is equipped with HP/MP/LP & LLP 3-phase separators, Chemical injection system and online flow measuring systems.
Produced Water Treatment
Hydocyclone vortoil based water treatment unit with a capacity of 400, 000 BWPD. The unit equipped with Hydro cyclones, Condensate Skim Tanks and Chemical Injection System.
Four years working experience as "Yokogawa Centum CS-3000" based DCS Control Room Operator at Tullow oil's gas processing facility. The key job responsibilities includes operation and control of the following units,
• Wellhead Control / Operation
o MDEA based gas sweetening and TEG based dehydration units
o Sour Water treatment and stripping
o Plant Utilities
• Maintaining PTW system and performing TRA, JSA & HAZOP studies
• Preparing production reports
• Carry out commissioning of process equipments
• Writing Operating & Start-up / Shut down procedures and temporary work instructions
• Training of junior colleagues
During my five years stay with this company, I got practical experience on the following areas of Ammonia and Urea complex,
