To review contractor’s correspondence and submittals, and prepare official replies within the contract stipulations.

To provide on-site technical support and back up related to checking and processing the approval of various submittals such as materials and method statements.

- To review the contractor's material submittals / samples and ensures that they are in compliance with contract specifications and give consent / approval accordingly.
- Overseeing site works like excavations, soil fills and backfills, concrete casting, formation of granular sub-base / base and hot mix asphalt layers and etc.
- Monitoring laboratory tests of daily works related to excavations and soil fills, in situ cast concrete, formation of granular sub-base / base and asphalt layers and etc.
- To ensure that the testing procedures are properly implemented
- To ensure that the required tests are performed as per technical specification and related standards.
- Setting up the type, number and frequency of tests required and defining the acceptance criteria.
- To review the test results and direct the necessary action in case of falling tests.
- Preparing the daily and monthly quality control reports.
