My responsibilities was preparation of BOQ & Designing detailed and coordinated drawings of Fire Alarm system layout, detailed drafting of arrangements & its allied components, Conduit, typical details of Supporting structures and fire fire Alarm accessories, Fire detection and alarm systems layout, P.A Systems layout, Access control, CCTV system and BMS Layouts.
➢ Estimating project costs & preparing quotations.
➢ Preparation of Bill of material & Variation order statement with the base of related drawing and designs.
➢ Preparing O&M manual and material submittal of various fire detection, ELV systems of entire projects.
➢ Getting approval for design & drawings with consultant or client, attending weekly meeting with client or consultant and based on the client requirement modifying in the design and coordinating with operation & Project team.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning:
• Fire Alarm Conventional & Addressable System Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
• Sprinkler System Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
• Co2 Gas & FM 200 Extinguishing System Installation, Testing & Commissioning
• Fire Extinguishers servicing & Refilling
• Conducting Pre-Commissioning Audits
• Conducting Site Inspection & Quality Inspection on materials or parts before installation.
• Supervising Technicians or sub-contractors on project sites during conduiting, wiring, installation & final
commissioning of the project.
• Preparing the required drawings for the projects
• Verification of Design Drawings.
• HDPE, GRP, PVC and GI pipe Installation.
ENGINEERING & ESTIMATION FIELD:
• Preparation of Technical Specification for Fire Protection, Detection, CCTV, IP camera, Networking & PA
System.
• Experienced in Preparing Material Submittals.
• Responsible in preparation of BOQ, designing detailed and coordinated drawings, drafting of ELV Systems
arrangements & its allied components typical details of Supporting structures and ELV accessories, Fire
detection and alarm systems layout
• Preparing & submitting Maintenance Monthly Checklist.
• Getting approval for design & drawings with consultant or client, attending weekly meeting with client or
consultant and based on the client requirement modifying in the design and coordinating with operation &
Project team.
• Attending project meetings whenever required.
• Coordinating internal resources to ensure timely delivery & completion of the project implementation on
time.
• Preparing Project Schedules & plans as per the project requirements
• Monitoring & signing on the TIME SHEETS for the members of your Team on weekly basis
• Experienced in Fire Hose Reel, Standpipe, Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Pre-action sprinkler, Water Spray
System, Kitchen Hood, Wet Chemical, FM200 and CO2 System.
• Experienced in Hydraulic Calculation for Fire Hydrant, Hose reels &Sprinkler System.
• Experienced in Fire Detection & Alarm system i.e., Addressable & Conventional.
• Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual for Fire Protection System.
• Site drawing assessment, RFP, BOQ preparation and design of Fire system.
• Working knowledge in AUTOCAD for sites drawings.
SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
• Good exposure In Sales and Customer Service
• Procure new customers/clients
• Provide customer service to the new and existing clients and maintain good relations with them.
• Answer queries of prospective clients, Provide information they require, advise them on the most suitable
products for them and inform them of the applications of the products offered.
• coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the prompt delivery of the order
• Follow up with customers for payment issues.
• Consult with marketing department for updating of brochures and product related information
Reports:
• Prepare monthly current and expected orders reports for management
• Create progress reports for management post business trips
Research & Development:
• Research the market, stay up to date with competitors
• Coordinate with the Engineering department for new products to improve the existing system based on
marketrequirements.
