• To ensure that the quality works are in accordance with quality requirement based on approved drawing, project specification, reference standards, contract documents and Schedule Q.
• Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Carry out inspection, surveillance, witnessing of installation and testing activities of E&I Equipment’s as per SATIP, SAIC, SATR and SAT procedures. This includes E&I Equipment’s/ Instruments (Cable trays, Conduit, Cables, RTU, ESD, HPU, SWGR, Switch rack, Switchgear, Power panels, Station Batteries, Battery Chargers, AFD’s, Nav Aid, CI/ Slops/ FM Skid, Lighting Fixtures, E&I JB’s, MOV/ ZV, Instruments, Sand Probes, Fusible plugs, Tubings, ESD Hand stations, Rectifiers, ICCP JB’s, Umbilical system)
• Witness and monitoring of Special process activities as per Schedule Q and approved procedure for MV Cable Splicing, termination and HI Pot testing, FO Cable splicing and OTDR testing, Cable Gland sealing activities
• Verification of JCC card of technicians performing special process activities prior to star the job
• Liaising with company PID and SAPMT regarding RFI, MC walkdown, PMCC WALKTHROUGH and punch list clearance.
• Issuing INCR for Nonconforming E&I activities as per Schedule Q and SAEP-381
• Surveillance inspection and Weekly RFI for Preservation of E&I Equipment’s at project material storage and platform as per SAEP-385 and approved Material Handling, Storage & Preservation procedure.
• Timely responding to company proactive and LBE within ACD
• Verification of Technician qualification approval and test equipment’s calibration validity prior to start up the job.
• Conducting toolbox talk and site awareness meeting with construction and pre commissioning team about previous project lessons learn and project specification requirement to avoid repetition of similar violation in current project
• Review of Loop folder and Electrical test reports prior to submit for PID/ SAPMT closeout
• Liaising with construction team regarding daily head count working on each discipline to ensure QC coverage as per Schedule Q
• Performing of PMCC walkthrough with clients and closing EIL items
• Implement E&I QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approval QCP/ ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.

• Witness electrical equipment’s field testing/ pre-commissioning
• Perform inspection of electrical and instrument materials and preparation of related documents
• Prepares and signoff applicable records for quality surveillance/ Inspections/ tests

• Witness procedures, tests and certify the results
• Witness Installation, calibration of instruments, loop checking and functional testing of field instruments.

• Conducting Minutes of Meeting, Attending Progress Review Meeting with Client and Sub Contractor, All Correspondence with Clients Technically for Extra Claims If Any Getting Approval
• Preparation of Engineering Report, Coordination and Control Activities for Superintendent/ Site Engineer/ Supervisor/ Foreman/ Material Controller to Ensure the Most Efficient Construction Operations
• Coordination with Clients, Designers for Any Clarification & Modification In P&ID, Hook-Up and Instrument Loop Diagram.
Operation & Maintenance Liquid Gas Production Plant (Air Separation Unit), (Production of Oxygen,
Nitrogen & Hydrogen gas)
• Responsible for Safe Operation of Hydrogen Plant and Maintenance (Instrument Calibration, Installation and Troubleshooting)
• Responsible for Safe Operation for Specialty Gas Plant (Silane and Ethylene)
• Handling in Individual Shift Activities and Routine Jobs, Preventive Maintenance and Shutdown Maintenance
• Calibration and Installation of Electrical & Instruments, Cable Tray, Conduit, Instrument Tubing
• Involved in Loop Checking, Pre-Commissioning and Control Room activities such As Installation of DCS/PLC and ESD System
• Material control and Manpower mobilization for Instrumentation
• Attending Progress review meeting with client
• Coordination with Clients, Designers for Any Clarification & Modification In P&ID, Hook-Up, and Instrument Loop Diagram.

• Assembling and Testing of Dynamically Tuned Gyroscope which is used for Satellite and Launch vehicle.
• Wiring and Testing of Gyro servo loop and Inductive pick-off circuits.
