JOB DESCRIPTION OF BAR CAPTAIN:
➢ Trains, supervises, counsels, and participates in the evaluation of staff employees for the efficient operation in the outlet. Direct staff in their work assignment.
➢ Responsible for ensuring that bar complies with sanitation and safety standards for guest and employees.
➢ Manages and monitors product quality and guest satisfaction in the outlet.
➢ Thorough knowledge of outlet operations and preparation techniques.
➢ Strong mathematical abilities in order to determine and track inventory, controls, revenue productions and other hotel financial statements.
➢ Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
➢ Motivate and proactive in encouraging team commitment and sprit
➢ Share ideas and problems with the team and encourage their inputs in helping make decisions where possible.
➢ Ensure duty rotas and attendance is compiled accurately and according to requirements.

➢ Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
