•Maintains customer report by listening to and resolving concerns, answering question

•Fiber Optic jointer for cable cut, troubleshooting ISP&OSP
•Customer Wavelength Maintenance
•Fixed the signal in TB box
•Trace the Fiber in TB to FDT if have a fiber cut or no signal to resplice
•Acceptance new Corning Fdt if good patching in port to port signal Trace the Fiber in TB/ODB/OSB to FDT if high lose or no signal
•Knowledge in Sumitomo 71 C Fusion Machine
•Maintains strict confidentiality in all areas of company business in accordance with company guidelines and policies
Receives service orders and necessary equipment used in installing, upgrading, downgrading or changing a customer's telephone /internet service or equipment.
•Provides exceptional customer service to all customers, external and internal.
•Installs, removes or makes changes in dial-up, broadband, satellite and wireless Internet service per service order.
•Reads and interpret maps, staking sheets, cut sheets.
•Coordinates and reports to the outside/inside plant head all problems encountered regarding outside/inside plant facilities.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of exchange’s computer system, operators attendant console and other equipment.
•Prepares transmits daily moves to the mother exchange
•In charge and accountable for all issued tools and materials.
•Responsible for locating of existing facilities.
•Informs dispatcher, by telephone and completed service order, when job is completed in order to update records.
•Maintains strict confidentiality in all areas of company business in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
•Ensures assigned vehicle is stocked with appropriate equipment/materials to provide timely service to the customer.
•Complies with all traffic laws, safety rules, regulations and safe practices while operating the vehicle assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Fiber optic cable splicing and testing applying different test equipment such as Splicing
Machine, OTDR, Optic power meter, Visual Fault Locator, Cleaver, Strippers and Cable locator ability to read as build drawing.
•Maintains customer report by listening to and resolving concerns, answering question
•Maintains safe work environment by following code, standards, and legal regulations. .
•Fiber Optic jointer for cable cut, troubleshooting ISP&OSP
•Installation ODF in Exchange shelter
•Check Fiber optic Spare in Exchange
•Installation Fiber optic in Business Building/School/Office
•Additional Fiber optic in GSM Tower
•Trace the Fiber in Exchange to GSM Tower if already splice or need to splice in closure
•Installation OTB @ the customer
•Trace the Fiber in FDT to OTB if high lose or have a cable cut
•Copper cable Jointer for install new Cabinet and Primary & Secondary
•Cut over MSAN cabinet & additional primary terminal block / secondary pillar dp or wall dp
•Rehab MSAN cabinet jumpering wire
•OSP cabling installation of Fiber optic cable & Copper cable
•Survey for Relocation of existing Fiber &Copper cable
•Knowledge in Sumitomo 71 C Fusion machine, MR1 Pica bond & UY connector tracer tone
•Maintains strict confidentiality in all areas of company business in accordance with company guidelines and policies
