Processing appointments, conducted training and induction for new employees, co-ordinating the employee training and appraisal, processing grievances, preparation of compensation and benefits for employees proceeding on leave, preparation of air ticket encashments, advances, preparing salary certificate, experience certificate, arranging for bank account opening, processing resignation, termination, preparing final settlements and arranging repatriation, managed mess money of 12 camps consisting of around 7000 employees, preparing workmen's insurance claim and liaised insurance company for settlement, preparing payroll adjustments-process overtime, increment arears, missing claims, other additions and deductions, entering leaves, updation of sick leaves, verifying it with company's medical insurance policy, bank verification calls, preparing travel expenses, petty cash and other reports.
