• Directing the day-to-day operations of the IT Services Department including hiring, training, and directing staff, who support the end user services, networking, Classroom technology, telecommunications and other information technologies.
• Developing information technology goals, operational policies and procedures to ensure integrated information technology infrastructure exists to support ACM mission.
• Directing the development of the ITS budget and manage expenditures against budget, inclusive of taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.
• Evaluating the current use of existing technologies and partnerships with university entities, as well as the potential use of emerging technologies, to streamline and standardize operations and reduce costs.
