Main Achievements:

• Insured proper development and implementation of several Cash Management products and services.

• Worked closely with Deloitte to create the BRD for the Corporate E-channel, mobile application and several upcoming projects.

• Created a closed loop payments solution for a leading international NGO used by over 3, 000 families.

• Created customized payments cards for a major local lending institution.

• Successfully launched Corporate e-Banking channel in Bank of Beirut - Oman.

• Awarded “Best Transaction Bank in Lebanon” for 2016 by Banker Middle East.

Roles:

• Develop, implement and coordinate the launch of Cash Management products and determine their attributes, feasibility, pricing, and profitability in line with the Cash Management approved strategy.

• Prepare business cases for new products and obtain relevant/necessary approvals.

• Ensure that all product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements while maintain all product guides / manuals and approvals.

• Continuously monitor and assess competitor offering and business initiatives.

• On-going product management, development and review.

• Continuous revision and overhauling to improve existing processes.

• Effectively manage & monitor IT Risk.

• Follow-up and contact senior management on issues concerning difficulties or delay in the execution of a project plan.
