Completed a trainee in Dubai with KeyClue Properties. This includes Analysis of market, property Listings, taking prospective clients to inspect properties, promote sales of properties through advertisements, finally acting as an intermediary in negations between buyer and seller after handling telesales tasks ( In Lebanon and UAE ).
• Closes sales by understanding buyers’ requirements and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Inspection of quantity and quality on board of tankers and shore sides for crude oil and petroleum products for Loading, Discharging, Metering & Draft Survey operations which includes static and dynamic measurements as per API / ASTM standards (ISO 9001)
• Loss control and supervision of custody oil cargo transfer in bulk (0.2% loss)
• Professional auditing, improvement of integrity management activities and investigation of discrepancy or loss with proving system
• Promptly and safely deliver samples to laboratory and conduct analysis on physical properties for inspection and retention procedures
• Operates laboratory testing, determination and analysis including Viscosity, Density, API Gravity, Distillation, Water and Sediments Quantity, Pour, Dew and Flash points, Gas Chromatography, Sulfer H2S and Moisture content using portable lab test equipment and apparatus for crude oil, LPG, Gasoil, and Fuel Oil according to ASTM standards
• Accurate and timely reporting of ship and shore quantities for protecting client’s financial interests through transparency and key meetings
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, certified and logged before use
• Maintained a luxurious brand image and high quality standards by Controlling, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Following up Maintenance Works, Engineering Design and Projects, Preventive Maintenance PPM and other activities, resulting in 8% decrease in operational cost.
