Design of process plants, surface facilities and water injection systems, based on the development of Conceptual Engineering, Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering and Constructibility.
 Development of hydraulic calculations of piping networks of multi-phase and gaseous fluids, performing simulations in ASPEN HYSYS and PIPEPHASES.
 Equipment sizing and capacity assessments based on international standards and norms (ASME, API and NFPA) such as: storage tanks, two-phase / three-phase separators, PSVs and PRVs valves, KO Drum, Scrubbers, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and Tea systems.
 Realization of lists of process lines, TIE-INs interconnection points, chemical substances and industrial services, equipment and line listings.
 Design of process flow diagrams (PFD), instrumentation diagrams and pipelines (P & ID).
 Development of mass and energy balances based on simulations with the Aspen Hysys software

Supervise the process of refining crude oil with the purpose of ensuring the proper operation and operation of the distillation tower to ensure good quality in the products obtained (naphtha / fuel oil No. 4 / funds).
Coordinate the logistics and transport of hydrocarbons, controlling the operations of discharge of raw material to process and the delivery of trucks / tanks (liquid cargo) with finished product to the ports in Cartagena, Buenaventura and others at national level.
To prepare daily inventory of raw material received, final product shipped and crude processed in the distillation tower, to carry out mass balances that allow to determine efficiencies and yields of the operations.
Perform laboratory tests on samples collected from stored and processed products to determine parameters such as API (ASTM-D1292), Temperature, Flash Point (ASTM-D56), Viscosity and Color Saybolt (ASTM-D156).
Monitor the traceability of the product transport thanks to the reports of the traffic and security department to satisfy the logistics requirements of customers.

fractional distillation equipment.
