* Plant Process Continuous Improvement (MOC)
* Definition, development, and implementation of new process monitoring tools
* Review and approval of design solutions provided by contractors (P&ID, BOD, SLD, CAE, Utility Load Lists and etc.)

* Sharing knowledge with new Novatek LNG projects (supporting in BOD development, PID review)

* Participation in the engineering studies for the booster compressor station project, Train 4
depressurization integration
* Participation in the engineering of Train 4, LNG truck loading facility and Booster
compressor station (Concept, Pre-Feed, FEED, Detailed Design)
* PDCS system modernization (elimination of design errors, development new tools and KPI’s)
* Increase the capacity of the Nitrogen Production unit by 6% (increase of capacity was
achieved only by changing the process parameters)
* Alarm Management (reducing the total number of alarms by 30% since plant start-up)
Achievements:
* Participation in the engineering of interconnections between Obskiy LNG and Yamal LNG
* Optimize the purging rate of flare stacks (it saves about 13 mln $ per year)
