-High level support for Key Accounts at critical regional customers and at regional sites for global Key Accounts.
-Project and portfolio management in region & drive top projects in region. Drives success of both Global SBU and Regional SBU projects.
-Drives regional SBU direction with regional Sales, Marketing, PD and Product Management leads.
-Coordinate VRM Training & application center activities (within region) in line with global guidelines & KPI’s.

-Initiating new projects aligned with KSI’s, following projects and generating new businesses with focus markets and new launches.
-Conducting customer seminars and tech days.
-Providing best solution as complete package to customers according to their needs, including product selection, implementation and aftersales support.
-Providing aftersales support to customers in coordination with sales engineers including customer complaints
-Training sales team with new technologies and drive them to implement these technologies in focus markets

-Initiating regional and country based new projects, following up with VRM Management Team.
-Supporting new product launchs, implementing in the market with new sales channels.
-Communicating with TCS Managers in IMEA region for new products, leading lab tests, field trials and application case histories.
-Visiting customers for new sales opportunities, generating ideas for new sales channels.
-Delivering new technologies and product trainings to country TCS Engineers and Sales Team.
-Performing regional tehnical benchmark studies with competitors

Vehicle Repair Maintenance

- To coordinate Chassis engineering functional teams (over 75 engineers and CAD designers) throughout new and ongoing Ford projects and make sure to deliver related projects on defined time with cost and quality targets.
- Lead the planning and implementetion of project, develop full scale project plans.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Participate to team studies in terms of design reviews, DFMEA’s, design verification and release processes for new Chassis components or quality improvement studies.
- To represent Chassis Team at all platforms; project management, product planning, test and development meetings, cross functional design reviews and to deliver outcomes to the team.
- To deliver High Level Feasibility Reports for new projects/products. High level project planning including estimated investment/piece cost information and timing plan.
- To assess new products and features according to product range for Chassis related changes. Evaluating and contrubuting to Program Direction Letters.
- To conduct projects/programs according to GPDS roadmap; to provide gateway deliverables on time.
- Participate to Benchmark and Cost Reduction Events, for creating new ideas and to deliver event outcomes to the team.
- Assesment of TGW and Voice of the Customer data for customer satisfaction studies, and establishing Quality Improvement ideas.
- To attend Vehicle Drive Events as Chassis Team Representative.
- To participate and evaluate all vehicle level and system based tests.

-Participating to Exhaust Systems Development studies, release processes and tests, preparing prototypes according to initial design concept.
