Responsible for contracting with all hotels and hotels apartments for special markets such GCC & Middle east countries and to negotiate the terms and conditions which fits. increase the rooms inventory in order to give more variety to our clients and partners, follow up with product department to insure updating the company online system with all daily tactical and promotional rates to sustain reasonable market selling rates comparing with company competitors. as well as increase the sales by visiting different countries to keep good relation with our existing partners and add more.
Responsible for all the ground handling services for Hurghada branch starting from guest arrival time and arranging the company tour guides meetings in each hotel and preparing the excursions reports for the suppliers and confirm all the transportation needed till the guest departure process.
Responsible for all the ground handling services for both branches Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh by contracted directly with required services and excursions suppliers and transportation suppliers considering to maintain the quality of service and the prices. solving all guests issues during their stay as well as helping the company contracting manager to find and suggest new products to increase our inventory according to our agents needs.
Responsible for all the operations related to multi travel agencies starting from contracting with hotels as per the agency requirements and allocate the inventory according to the weekly number of flight seats and all the booking confirmation and arranging the arrival and departure traffic and preparing with tour guide team the optional services for the guests until issuing the final invoice to the agency and follow up with collection.
Contracted with outsourcing suppliers specializes in managing events and conferences in order to fulfill any special requirement during any events while reply all the groups and special events inquiries by offering multi options to maximize the chance for materialization, personally inspect all requirement details before the event time and lead the hosting team to insure the quality of service and to prevent any expected issues.
Responsible to monitor the productions to existing contracted product and add new inventory when needed according to the sales process as well search for new products. approaching hotels for seasonal promotion to increase the sales
arranging the FAM Trips to inspect and visit our products. support the reservation department for any issues may happen during their daily operation process.
Leading one of the company branches to maintain and reduce the office expenses by contracting with all services required to run the business through multi transportation and excursions suppliers. also to increase the company profit by planning and organizing with our representatives and tour guides at hotels and facilitate their target to push the sales to maximum target per each guest. interfere to troubleshoot all the guests issues during their stay to insure the customer satisfaction. reporting to company general manager and to financial director.
Responsible and leading reservation team to follow the daily booking traffic with all new bookings / amending Or cancelling existing bookings as well offering alternative options for rejected bookings, Arranging the daily arrival & departure list with time and flight details for the trafic department, budgeting bookings when there is a chance. reporting to contracting and sales and product manager.
