Implementing the End-to-End logistics requirements which will support and assist the catering contractors.

As a corporate communications executive, my responsibilities were divided into the events, public relations, and communications sectors. Tasks included providing support to the company’s business units in organizing events, publishing news, running the social media platforms, and media coverage.
Handle enquiry for groups and local catering also manage, plan, and coordinate events in all market segments. Responsible for sales responses, hotel site inspection, and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as Proposal Letter, Letter of Agreement or BEO etc. Also responsible to assist events director in all aspect related to events.
Planning, setting strategies, discovering the market, and formulating future plans. It was mostly setting the grounds of the events department for the post opening period.
Was responsible about VIPs from the minute they reach the airport till they leave the country (welcoming them, preparing itineraries, scheduling their stay, ensuring their comfort… etc.)
