Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing assistance in the use of personal computer hardware and software; setting up and configuring desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts assigning security levels.
• Installing the software and installing and repairing hardware and peripherals; troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, implementing corrective action and/or escalating to other technical resources as appropriate.
