Receive inquireis from the customer and principals at USA & Belgium.
Advise prices, order quantities, lead time and payment term
Receive orders and issue Proforma Invoice.
Dispatch order for production, follow up production, arrange logistic for export.
Co-ordinate with documentation department for shipping documents
Dispatch documents to the customer
Sourcing raw material suppliers
Prepare forecast & budget for purchase
Analyze raw material requirements
Schedule orders for minimum stock of raw materials
Set Minimum stock level based on manufacturing requirement
Nogotiate prices, shipping and payment terms.
Follow up logistic for shipments
Follow up shipping documents from the supplier
Follow up with Logistic for clearance of import shipments
Alerrt warehouse for the arrival of goods
Co-ordinate with Sales & Production for future requirements
