I believe each person is a Genius only if you understand in which way! As a psychologist student, I was interested in HR field so enrolled for this course. It used a modified organize and gave us tasks and responsibilities as a real HR Generalist. This was a perfect way to learn. In mean time, we did job descriptions, calculate payments, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and etc.

I gained many experiences there, particularly in Visual Identity and Social Media designing. My team and I made some branding and marketing plans, draw mood boards and business plans.
