Ensure that method statements and risk assessments are obtained for all jobs on CESN sites and appropriate permits are obtained
Provide site safety status report on weekly basis
Carry out safety induction for new employee
Head all toolbox talks and related activities and constantly supervise safe work practices in all sites
Implement and communicate emergency response and contingency management activities
Co-ordinate and conduct the safety action group and monthly safety meeting
Part of implementation arrangements for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action and recommendation
Periodically audit and maintain records of all company first aid and fire emergency arrangement
HSE-MS Documentation, control, QHSE Auditing and inspections
Carry out monthly Vehicle Inspection
Review regularly the HS&E plan, to ensure that the HS&E plan is kept up to date
Maintain the accident reporting system and when necessary assist with the reporting of accidents.
Maintaining an up-to-date record of accidents, near misses, procedures and policies
Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action and recommendation
Emergency telephone numbers; Keep the list up-to-date and make sure that employees know the emergency telephone numbers.
Introducing to all new employees the HS&E requirements of the site
Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance and proposed corrective action.
Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
Audit work being performed with ''Safe Work Permit”.
Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations
