Teaching English to first-year preparatory students, utilizing the QSkills English textbook series, processing the exam results and reports (9, 000+) for the exam and assessment committee, exam scheduling, and verifying English exemptions (6, 000+ applications/year). My lessons are popular due to the friendly, professional atmosphere and the focus on encouraging the students to develop learner autonomy. I encourage the students to see the framework so they can understand the connections between all the information they learn.
Directly managed a team of six in the HR department during CoVid19 for a company of 120 staff in 6+ countries including transition to face scanners and operations during and after lockdown. Organized design and implementation of new office and moving from previous office with a budget of SR200, 000. Fully integrated BambooHR software into HR and admin workflows. Created a Performance Evaluation system focusing on productivity, communication, and professional development. Designed and created workshops to cater for employees to learn skills needed to succeed at their jobs.
Taught English in the paper, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors using OUP and Cambridge English textbooks. Up to 27 hours per week teaching general and vocational English including specialized technical language for industrial processes. Lessons were interactive and engaging, using digital tools to spark interest and develop critical thinking. Through projects and industry-focused language, students were ready for international tests and gained a broader cultural
perspective, enhancing their communication and understanding of the global stage.
