Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor Project Execution Contract Terms and commercial status of the project. Executing all Projects/contracts and commercial-related activities like monitoring work execution as per contractual terms and conditions, contractual clauses & agreements, contract information, invoicing/billing, payments, quantity surveying, cost control, and reconciliation. Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
Ensure that all Progress, Schedule /Planning, Cost, and document control reports are prepared and issued by the Project requirements. Supervise the activities, both in their productivity and the technical adequacy of their output. Liaise with client departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the Project Execution in line with Project schedule, resources management, and cost management.
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to Fabrication & construction sites. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and standards relating to final document handovers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Taking /Review of Quantities, Preparation/Review of BOQ, Preparation/ Verification, monitoring/ administration of all project-related Pre & post-award Contractual Matters, Commercial Budget preparation/Control, Cost Auditing & Control, monitoring project Cost and quantities, Providing Quantities for Billing/Invoicing, Subcontract Payment Certificate review/preparation, Budget Cost/Payment Auditing, Billing & Invoice approval.
Potential Change Notification raising, Variation Claim, EOT Claim, COVID Claim, Minimum Wages Claim, and various claims. Clients' Final Quantity Review, Submission and approval/Verification, Subcontractor Quantities verification, Final Account Auditing & Finalization.
Monitor Local and Federal Regulations. Negotiating Contract Terms. Analyze data and create reports to identify the areas of business growth and commercial status of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Overall management of Project Commercial & Contracts, Project Cost Allocation/Auditing & Control, Project Execution/Operations, Procurement, Review of Techno-Commercial Proposal for EPCM work, including Scope, Logistics & Procurement, Engineering, Techno commercial Evaluation of Subcontracts, Review of engineering submittal package related to Project-specific, Monitoring all project execution aspects, monitoring project cost, and quantities. Review of BOQ Preparation/ Verification, monitoring all project-related Pre & post-award Project Commercial administration, Commercial Budget preparation, monitoring project schedule, Cost and quantities, Billing & Invoice, and Operational Services for Project Execution.
o Final Quantity/Cost Review, approval/Verification, Subcontractor Payment verification, Final Account Auditing & Finalization for submission to MD/owner. Internal Auditing for other divisions.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Techno Commercial Proposal preparation for EPCM work, Tender/Bid Package preparation, Tender/Bid Evaluation, Bidder/Contractor List Preparation, Contractor Technical Evaluation/Prequalification, Commercial Bid Evaluation, Procurement Package preparation related to Project specific. BOQ Preparation/ Verification, Contract Negotiation. Preparing Techno Commercial comparison and advise recommendation to board.
o Performing all project related post award contract administration, Budget preparation, monitoring Project Schedule, Cost and Quantities, EPC Project Technical/ Operational Services & Project Execution Services.
o Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project. Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.
o Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them. Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project. Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the project.
o Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure. Supervise the activities of the PDC group both in their productivity and the technical adequacy of their output. Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are as per planned and Control if required and reflect latest information.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Carried out the detailed design and engineering works for hook up of all the new crude oil wells, Work over wells, Artificial gas lift wells to the nearest Degassing station / manifold, PWI wells to PWI ring main or cluster, Source & Re-circulation wells to nearest tie -in point in Dukhan fields as required by production department for the plan period of 2016-2019 along with real time monitoring SCADA system for Oil and PWI wells.
o Schedule the EPC project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines in line with the post contract activities in oils & Gas operations. Determine labour requirements and dispatch workers to Fabrication & construction sites. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Provide training to project users for the use of Project Systems, particularly in the Equipment & Quantity data access from other integrated systems, Prepare variations, contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
o Plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects, oversee an entire project or just part of one. Schedule and coordinate all FEED/Design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors, Procurement, Negotiations, Planing & Execution, Raising Variation order request, requesting Change Order, Claim, Extension of Time (EOT) and close out of all Contractual activities as per contract.
oEstablish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary. Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure. Supervise the activities of the PDC group both in their productivity and the technical adequacy of their output. Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
Communicate the construction requirements to all Engineers and ensuring compliance and conformance with the safety plan, quality plan and Client requirements. Supervise and guidance of Engineers to ensure site productivity and efficiency result in meeting contract targets. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors within assigned areas. Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, ensuring that supervision are providing safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets. Routinely study, check, review and validate the discipline scope of work against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the Contractors correctly interpret and comply with the latest revision AFC drawings, quantities, and specifications. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safe working practices during site execution phase. Identify the hand over sequence on a system by system, area by area basis, all scheduled to produce logically planned work completions for commissioning and start-up requirements. Perform other tasks upon request from the Client/ Operations /Production requirements.
