· Fabrication
· Fabrication, Modification, Erection, Hydrotest, Shutdown & Maintenance of Piping Spools work.
· Review of GAD, ISOMETRIC, P&ID and Spool drawings and to ensure fabrication as per drawings and specification.
· Preparing the daily working plans & achieve the Weekly / Monthly Target.
· Inspected the fabricated spools as per Isometric Drawings for Standard value of measurement.
· Prepare Monthly Revenue, Invoice, and Work in Progress & Cost Of sell and Cash Flow.
Materials
· Material Receiving from Ship / Airport / Vendor / Client.
· Material Inspection through MRV & MRIR as per Purchase Order (P.O).
· Material controlling & Storage in proper tracking according to grade. (CSSS, SDSS, CU-NI, RTRP)
· Make a pre-plan for handling the Materials for Fabrication.
· Maintain proper record as per stock & issue material.
· Fabrication, Modification, Erection, Shutdown & Maintenance work.
· Hydro test of piping Spools & Loop line.
· Review of GAD & ISOMETRIC drawings and to ensure fabrication as per drawings and specification.
· Preparing the daily working plans & site activities.
· Fabrication Quality keep Record as per standard.
· Inspected the fabricated spools as per Isometric Drawings for Standard value of measurement.
Pre-Plan for Maintenance According to Running Unit / Plant and Machine.
• Plan for Emergency Breakdown Maintenance / Daily Routine Maintenance.
• Preparation of Bill of material for tools & Equipment as per requirement.
• Maintain and tacking the check list for maintenance Equipment & Machine.
• Leads the Team for Maintenance Work according to Shift.
1. Leads the Teamwork & Fabrication.
2. Preparing the daily working plans regarding the Fabrication.
3. Preparation of MTO by Using the Bill of Quantity / Material.
4. Maintain the report of Fabrication and Welding.
5. Maintain the Quality as per standards of ASME / ASTM.
