• Directed a team of Construction professionals to deliver the project requirements within the design phase of mission-critical projects including the Whitelee Hydrogen Project (20MW PEM electroliser), Aldbrough Hydrogen Pathfinder (35MW Electrolyser system, underground hydrogen storage solution and a 50MW hydrogen fired Open Cycle Gas Turbine) and InterGen London Gateway BESS (Battery Energy Storage System). Led a team of construction professionals to assess client proposals, extract construction deliverables, provide Cost Estimation & Schedule, and determine the required level of efort from the construction team across multiple mission-critical projects, including a 900MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine + Carbon Capture facility, Single-cell Protein Plant, several Hydrogen Plants, Solar, Wind, BESS, and Advanced Mobility initiatives across EMEA.

• Strategic Oversight: Developed construction methodologies, conducted constructability reviews, and ensured alignment with local regulations and safety standards.
• Cost Control: Reviewed and advised on contractor reports, design management, and change orders to maintain project budget and timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Acted as the client representative, resolving claims and major variations to achieve project objectives.

• Managed 275+ construction project sites across the Netherlands, UK, Germany, and Spain within the BP Advanced Mobility Program.
• Oversaw HSE and QA/QC processes, ensuring zero incidents and adherence to best practices.
• Prepared detailed reports on construction budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.

- General Contractor Management: Lead construction planning, design reviews, and contract execution for mission-critical projects, including 25+ wind and solar farm projects (3.8 GW capacity) and critical BESS installations (230 MW/131 MWh).
- Prepared tender documents, managed procurement, and supervised site activities, ensuring high-quality execution.
