Working as an Options Team Leader at above stated company and my work includes in guiding the replenishment team to deliver efficient customer service as well as merchandising the store and to ensure service delivery targets.
Worked as a Technical Support Engineer at above stated company and my work includes in providing front line IT support for group of employees and associates, ensuering successful resolution of Information Technology queries, plus software installation, configuration, and troublshooting for end users as well as doing Network Administration and had working knowledge of MS Active Directory, Exchange 2003, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Developed “Effective Hotel Reservation System” software as a research project for my compulsory full time project which enable the client to receive reservation information through the email and SMS as well as to cancel through the SMS its mainly focused on track records of reservation to change it according to the client necessity.
• Developed “Smart Channelling System” software as a research project for 4th year compulsory full time project which enable the client to do reservation and cancellation through the mobile phone as well as to track records of reservation through the mobile phone. • Developed “Inventory Control System” software for the education department Srilanka as a compulsory project for the 2nd year which enable the education department staff to track record of the equipments which are delivered to the schools.
