• Working as a Marketing coordinator at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (3 year) Duties:
• Act as a point of central control for most of the jobs assigned to marketing, which includes running the final check on every task before it is issued to the line manager.
• Ensure all tasks and projects are delivered without any errors, as per the brief and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all internal and external parties comply with the Bank logo and brand guideline.
• Maximize brand exposure online via effective social media.
• General administrative duties such as collation of data, filing, preparation of forms and templates.
• Ensure e-newsletters, press releases and other communication of the bank are issued on time and they are in the style and format agreed with line manager.
• Ensure that any change in expected finish time or change in brief of existing tasks and any new tasks requested by different departments are notified to the line manager and tasks assigned appropriately within the team.
• Ensure all previous and current projects are correctly field on the shared drives.
• Develop, maintain and centralize all editorial contacts for press releases across all media outlets.
• Develop presentations for all production projects and arrange clients meetings to pitch proposals.
• Manage inventory of giveaways and marketing promotional items such as calendars and diaries.
• Review ATL and BTL content both Arabic and English
• Assist in feedback from branches and DSU.
• Help in the tracking of daily newspaper ads.
• Set up meetings with agencies and vendors.
• Cooperate with many departments in different events for example Career Fair.
• Brief agencies with different projects and follow up with them.
• Undertake correspondences, documents, memorandums, letters and emails typing, distributing and archiving as per the Direction of the CE.
• Handle CE signature books and ensure all documents are accurate and reviewed by the related personnel prior to submission to CE.
• Follow up unfinished tasks with all related departments and update CE accordingly.
• Prepare and manage the meeting schedules for CE and maintain a calendar of event related to those meetings.
• Serve as primary written content creator and managing editor for CE’s communications, which include
social/digital platforms, internal/external conference presentations, messages to targeted groups and the
broader audience, as well as communications to ADX stakeholders and strategic partners and investors.
• Prepare and organize CE’s presentation briefings, talking points and support, media interview staffing, press
releases and briefing on projects.
• Remain informed on ADX market operations and legislative procedures and update CEO accordingly.
• Plan logistics, and manage overall coordination of various activities related to the CE in conjunction with the
responsible ADX department team to deliver on communications and events.
• Plan and maintain a yearly public relations events calendar for the CE.
• Write Meeting Minutes of ADX CE meetings with internal and external parties.
• Handling some of Chairman’s office duties.
• Handling Board meetings logistics and preparing of Agendas and MOMs.
