 Provide assistance to the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer performs tasks assigned.
 Receive, distribute and file correspondences
 Answer calls and log information on calls received and forwarding to the appropriate Financial Department and making sure the calls are filtered by its importance before transferring to the Finance Manager.
 Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications.
 Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups / departments.
 Communicate and liaise verbally between customers, suppliers, visitors, inquirers and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person and to verbal or written instructions.
 Following-up with Accounting Department the preparation of payment as requested by the management.
 Responsible for obtaining signature for the cheques, cash payment vouchers and distributing the signed cheques to the corresponding department.
 Releasing part-time physician’s cheques and full-time physician incentives and collaborate with the Accounting Department & Finance Manger whenever a dispute with the calculation of payment arises.
 Coordinate with the Claims Department and Medical Transcriptions for the pending discharge summaries before releasing the physician’s cheques.
 Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effectiveness of personal duties.
 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
 To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all patient information and financial data.
 Organize meeting by coordinating with the secretaries or attendees of meeting.
