I take full charge of the Deputy Director of Human Resources
Manage the company's recruitment process
Review and sign travel bills, overtime and advances
Act as a reference to the CEO in solving employee problems
Manage vacations file with department managers
Review the salaries with the company's salary employee and approve them from the CEO
Taking over the duties of labor cases in the company as I am a lawyer originally and I have experience and legal study
Preparing the company's external recruitment file
Follow up on ministries, prepare files for branches, and prepare files for the director of government relations
Establishing company branches and offices.
Coordination with the legal department for the tasks of defending company cases in Saudi courts.
