In my role as an MEP Mechanical Inspector, I have consistently demonstrated expertise in ensuring the quality, compliance, and seamless integration of mechanical systems within complex MEP projects.
My responsibilities encompassed a wide array of critical tasks, including:
• Conducting comprehensive inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Thoroughly reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to gain a deep understanding of the required standards and tolerances for MEP components.
• Methodically documenting and maintaining meticulous inspection records and reports, detailing findings, deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
• Preparing detailed MEP inspection reports that clearly outline observed issues, measurements, and proposed solutions, facilitating effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Assuring compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards in MEP systems, advocating for safety best practices.
Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, manufacturers, and project teams to resolve MEP issues, ensuring the smooth integration of mechanical systems into overall MEP designs.
• Offering expert consultation and guidance to clients, project managers, and contractors regarding MEP design, material selection, and construction methods to meet required standards.
• Remaining well-informed about local, state, national, and international mechanical codes, standards, and regulations, and skillfully applying this knowledge to assure MEP compliance.
• Calibrating and maintaining MEP inspection equipment and tools, guaranteeing accurate measurements and assessments.
• Advocating for and enforcing safety protocols and practices in MEP design and construction, safeguarding the well-being of personnel and the environment.
• Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders, facilitating decision-making processes.
• Providing training and mentorship to less experienced MEP inspectors and mechanical professionals, enhancing their understanding of MEP inspection protocols and procedures.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within MEP systems and components, collaborating with relevant parties to implement these improvements.
As an MEP Mechanical Inspector, my role has been instrumental in ensuring the functionality and compliance of mechanical systems within the broader context of MEP projects, contributing to their successful completion and the satisfaction of clients.

CPC focuses on large, high-profile and complex contracting projects in UAE. CPC has
executed several significant electrical and mechanical contracting projects for a
variety of clients, including corporate, government and private. My role covers work
which includes:
• Analyze and review HVAC tender drawings and specifications and prepare RFI and
meet with consultant in order to prepare shop drawings.
• Preparation of complete HVAC design including Heat Load Calculation, Duct and
Pipe sizing, Static Pressure Calculation and selection of AC units as per consultant
requirements.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings as per project and consultant’s requirements.
• Preparing work schedule in accordance with project requirements.
• Preparing BOQ and Material Submittal as per the approved vendor list.
• Following up consultant comments on Material Submittal, Shop Drawings and
obtain final approval.
• Material procurement as per approved Material Submittal and Shop Drawings.
• Supervising site execution as per the Approved Shop Drawings and Specifications.
• Working closely with the client, consultants, main contractor and all parties to
ensure the smooth execution of work.
• Managing supervisors and labor to ensure the work executed is of high quality and
on time.
• Providing site progress to head office.
• Ensure completion of work on agreed schedule.
• Testing, Commissioning & Balancing of the complete HVAC System
• Preparing As-built Drawings for HVAC System.

Being the HVAC Projects Engineer for the organization my role was to:
• Preparing heat load using software’s such as HAP, E-20
• Machine selection and preparation of Equipment schedule
• Designing effective air conditioning systems as per standards and value
engineering.
• Preparing Shop Drawings and submittals for necessary approvals.
• Preparing work schedule, organize material and supervising projects to execution.
• Preparing As built Drawings.
• Providing after commissioning service support.
