Project Preparation for new tender Submission to State & Central Govt office.
Lead the planning and implementation of project, Hiring & deployment of team people with respect to the project requirements.

• Leading MIS team as MIS Head, which involved, Hiring of junior staffs, deploy the team to capture all projects activity as well as work allocation between team and timely mentoring of them.
• Coordinating with District Coordinators, Centre Managers & other Business Partners / Vendors to ensure effective implementation of project activities.
• Frequently follow-ups with District Coordinators to review all records developed and maintained by District Coordinator and monitor progress through various monitoring tools for triangulation purpose.
• Identifying bottlenecks regarding implementation at the grass root village level and develop plans activities around these to prevent failures and delays.
• Sharing the information with Management about risks and challenges regarding the implementation process.
NIPE (Joint venture of NIIT & Genpact) Working as Senior Reporting Consultant on contract for organizing reporting structure of Genpact Training Team, Focusing on Designing & Automation of reports & Dashborads.
• Making Various reports as per business requirements.
• Working with colleagues in both the onshore and offshore Analysis team units to continuously improve the data infrastructure to enable beneficial analysis
• We receive the request from our clients, scope the work after consultation with our center team and update the clients accordingly about the deadline & efforts on his request.

• Making automation for technology operation schedule reports as much as possible using string/text functions & Vlookup, Hookup, logical functions etc.
• Generate the report related to process Outage and Degradation.
• Making Dashboard for all the processes which are running in EXL Noida. Contains Process wise users Login Details, Channel Utilized, Process Bandwidths Utilization Information; Call Logged Details, Desktop Uptime & Application Uptime information etc.
