Implemented “Job Contracting Procedure” and “Account Standing Instructions” in the area of work. Ensured un-interrupted supply of quality spares in liaison with maintenance managers and other engineering services to Cigarette Factory, by rigorous implementation of engineering stores Work Instructions. Ensured compliance to all legislative requirements prescribed in the factories, Boilers, Electricity and Explosive Acts. Lead the team in day to day business affairs as well as develop personal capabilities of the team in order to ensure high quality services to manufacturing. Technology enhancement plans in order to keep pace with the growing volume and technological requirements along with productivity improvement. Govt. Authorities & Bodies Wapda, PTCL, SNGPL to ensure smooth supply of external services (electricity and gas) so as to ensure minimum production losses for Cigarette Factory.
