• Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts
• Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams
• Benchmark freight rates, liaising with all major Airline/Shipping Lines for procuring the best rates in the market to quote the customer
• Negotiate rate structures, including consolidation lanes, capacity, and customer programs
• Ensuring all quotations are sent on time and following up to convert the enquiries to sales.
• Ensuring that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating queries if appropriate to supervisor
• Executing AIR WAY BILL on Calogi Software, arranging CONTAINER RELEASE & submitting BILL OF LADING /SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS for AIR/SEA EXPORT SHIPMENTS
• Sending ROUTING ORDERS/Checking PRE-ALERTS/ & Issuing DELIVERY ORDERS for AIR/SEA IMPORT Shipments
• Closely follow up & Timely Update Clients Current Shipment Status
• Preparing reports like Arrival notice, Liner authorization Letters etc.
Act as primary back office support for North America
Manage the enrollment process for customer orders, including review and data entry
Direct contact with customers and sales reps to address order entry issues
Monitor and maintain email and web queues
Run, analyse and distribute various reports to the business
Place orders for supplies based on upcoming business
Operate in line with Oracle policies and procedures
• Identifying and targeting new customers.
• Fixing up the appointments through direct calls and demonstrating the PPT presentation regarding the project at Client’s place
• Arranging Site Visit’s to show the Model Villa
• Follow up with Customers for timely payment, and regular feedback
• Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone, walk in at the center and direct enquiries during exhibitions and maintaining records and converting them to registrations
• Refer students to degree programs based on interests, aptitudes, or educational assessments.
• Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.
• Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
