Supporting the manager in overseeing the day to day operations of Housekeeping, Landscaping and Security services.
Working and Supporting with the Operations Manager to identify and
implement strategies for improving the quality and reliability of the
services.
Participating in regular meetings with the property Management
team to discuss the performance of the Property’s Soft Services and
identifies the areas for improvement.
Monitoring and maintaining the budget, identifying the areas of cost
savings and efficiencies.
Coordinating with the Vendors and Contractors to ensure that services are provided in timely manner and efficiency.
Managing and conducting the training with the team to ensure the Health and Safety Procedure are followed.
Responding the Tenant complaint and queries regarding the
property’s soft services.
Developing and implementing the procedure and policy.
Develop good customer’s relationship.
Conducting Cleaning Inspection and Audits.
Providing the Special Cleaning Schedule for operational
requirements.
Exercise proper Handling of Cleaning equipments, maintenance
Management and supervision of soft services supervisors to ensure
delivery of cleaning standards within Dubai metro premises
• Manage and control stock cleaning consumables and supply. Ensuring
that stock holding levels are maintained at all time
• Advice soft services supervisors of any training needs for either HK staffs
or themselves.
• Assist in detailing cleaning records and other associated duties as
appropriate
• Conduct yearly performance appraisals for soft services supervisors.
• Monitor services provided by subcontractors and provide feedback to
manager.
• Ensure all departmental documentation are completed accurately
prior being sent to the manager on monthly basis
• Ensure that incidents/accidents or other such issues related to cleaning
within work place are reported and resolved.
• Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to superiors.
• Supervise daily cleaning of hotel public/guest areas and rooms
• Manage and coordinate with pest control, florists, Gardeners, waste management
• Inspect for cleanliness, proper amenities and maintenance defects.
• Ensuring all service cabanas are clean filled with towels, ice, water among others.
• Ensuring swimming pools, sun beds and pathways are clean and properly arranged.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that are carrying out their duties in accordance to schedule provided to them
• Monitor work quality and provide heads up to staff members not conforming to quality standards
• Train new employees to carry out cleaning activities in sync with company directives
• Ensure housekeeping staffs are aware of correct use of cleaning equipments and chemicals
• Conducting on job training to subordinates.
• Carry out audit inspections within the specified area of responsibility as per the standards and update to the duty manager.
