Responsible for handling Day to Day operation of cleaning, pest control, pantry service, facade Cleaning, waste collection, office admin, documents handling, complain handling, dealing with clients, vendor management and parking management
Supervise and control all day to day General Admin work like record maintaining of contractual staff, finger scanning for attendance, police verification of new joiner (contractual staff), office stationery, administrative expenses with Petty Cash.. Also responsible for smooth operation of soft service operation like Housekeeping, Security, Pest control, Parking, Façade Cleaning, Gardening, Vendors management. Dealing with Client Complains & queries, Conducts various type of training for more than 80 staff members including supervisors and team leaders for the betterment of services. Ensure that all the safety and security regulations are followed in the office premise at all times including material movements (internal & external)
