Key Responsibilities
• Fully involved within the Project at site to look after all the construction and field related activities in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Supervising the Contractor’s activities and ensuring that all the contractual obligations related to the HSE compliance are met.
• Involved in the process of finalizing the Contractor’s HSE Plans.
• Ensuring that day-to-day construction activities are carried out in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner.
• Monitoring of the environmental aspects of the Project during construction to ensure that the environmental requirements of the contract and the mitigation measures proposed in the EIA are implemented.
• To supervise and monitor HSE activities being performed at site under the approved plans.
• Ensuring that the construction camps and other facilities are properly sited and installed in accordance with the contract and HSE requirements.
• Undertaking critically important routine visual monitoring of the construction activities, waste disposal and overall environmental management practices of the Contractor.
• Providing full assistance to my seniors on different HSE issues as these are arising at Site.
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff working on site.
• Developing and maintaining systems which identify HSE non-compliances at Site.
• Keep records of HSE reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation to observe the compliances status of HSE activities at Site.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist Project Director on supervision of on-going construction activities
• Assist Project Director in process of selection for construction or up gradation in accordance with the approved guidelines.
• Facilitate districts, regional Offices for implementation of construction contracts in accordance with the guidelines provided.
• To check that all site activities are as per drawing. Execute Work by following given drawings and specification.
• To maintain the quality of work.
• To Perform Soil Tests, to Perform Concrete Tests.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist General Manager / Management of TCP in supervision of construction in accordance with the guidelines and standards approved.
• Assist General Manager / Management in process for construction or up gradation in accordance with the approved guidelines.
• To make sure that all Health Safety and Environmental rules are followed on site during execution of work.
• Facilitate TCP Regional Offices for implementation of construction contracts in accordance with the guidelines provided.
• Prepare Pre and Post HSE reports and submit them to management.
• Hold meetings with contractors/ selected architectural designing and engineering firm to ensure timely completion of constructional activities.
• Develop and submit progress report of construction work to General Manager / Management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Make sure that all construction activities are being carried out in accordance to present safety rules.
• Provide technical advice to field staff in order to ensure that construction procedures are being carried out properly.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining systems which identify environmental non compliances in project.
• Recommending and coordinating the development of programs needed by the client to comply with environmental regulations.
• Providing coordination with regulatory agencies in regard to mitigation measures.
• Disseminating Right-to-Know information about project in line with environmental management.

• Ensures environmental compliance requirements are adequately documented through plans, policies and procedures.

• Supervise and build the capacity WASH and DRM program staff at field bases.

• To ensure organizational learning through sector and experience capitalization, research and technical development at mission level.
• To regularly monitor and report on construction activities going on and to plan for construction activities for WASH & DRM Projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist Project Director of PMIU in supervision of construction of damaged schools in accordance with the guidelines and standards approved by PSC.
• Assist Project Director in process of school selection for construction or up gradation in accordance with the approved guidelines and PC-1.
• Facilitate districts, PMIU Regional Offices for implementation of construction contracts in accordance with the guidelines provided by PSC.
• Liaise with school management committees and capacitate them for supervision of school construction in accordance with the approved architectural design and construction guidelines.
• Hold meetings with contractors/ selected architectural designing and engineering firm/ districts/ school management committees to ensure timely completion of school construction.
• Develop and submit progress report of construction work to Project Director on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Analyse and make the links between the public health engineering, health and water & sanitation and to make recommendations for actions which are consistent with IR policies.
• Analyze and report on the evolving humanitarian needs and provide clear recommendations for interventions.
• Participate in the development of new proposals, WASH program reviews and strategy formulation under the coordination of the senior management.
• As necessary, recruit, train and supervise PHE local staff and writing of job descriptions, work schedules, training plans and appraisals.

• Ensuring the quality of project implementation in the field and their consistency with the standards and guidelines of iMMAP
• Acting as iMMAP technical focal person for the Education Department and other stakeholders
• Managing the Site Engineers on a daily basis to ensure quality control and a proper reporting system from the field
• Conducting DRR assessment and damage assessment in the schools
• Collecting other project relevant data from the schools
• Provision of all necessary support and guidance to the Program Engineer to ensure that the project meet their stated objectives within the timeframe and on budget

• To make sure that water which is provide to communities is safe drinking water whether that water is provided by water facilities or by water trucking.
• To make sure that in implementation of water and sanitation facilities communities are involved so that they can get cash for work by working on their own facilities, to introduce a system that unskilled labor is hired from community by contractors.
• Capacity building of partner staff.
• Map out public health interventions supported by other International NGOs, Local NGOs, UN bodies and religious groups and identify ways in which Oxfam could work together with these organizations
• Identify potential local partners and assess their capacity both in terms of resources and management including their capacity to implement the safe and effective delivery and distribution of relief items without coercion. Give support as required.
