Customer: Wexpro, Wyoming, USA
Black & Veatch was awarded the FEED Engineering services contract for the Gas Processing and NG Fractionation plant, Flare system and Utilities Unit of the plant. Presently working as a Process Sub-Lead Engineer for the Project. Main activities involved were Simulation Preparation and optimization, PFD and P&ID Development, Hydraulic Calculations, Process datasheet and Instrument PDS preparation, Line Schedule preparation.

Synopsis Williams Station 240 LNG Liquefaction Peakshaver Plant Modernization
Customer: Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Company, NJ, USA
Black & Veatch was awarded the Licensing & Detailed Engineering services contract for the LNG Liquefaction Boil-Off Gas handling, Flare system and Utilities Unit of the plant. Worked as a Process Lead Engineer for the Project. Main activities involved were Simulation optimization, FEED documents validation, PFD and P&ID Development, Hydraulic Calculations, Process datasheet and Instrument PDS preparation, Line Schedule preparation.

Synopsis Black & Veatch was awarded the Licensing and Detailed Engineering services contract for the conversion of LNG Carrier to a Floating LNG Vessel. Main units were Inlet Gas Handling, Amine Treatment, Dehydration and Mercury Removal, Liquefaction, Heavies Handling, Refrigeration, Flash Gas Compression, Refrigerant Storage & Make-Up and Utilities.
Main activities involved were Plant P&IDs Line Walk down and Pre-Commissioning of the FLNG Vessel at Keppel Shipyard, Singapore.

Customer: HPCL Shapoorji Energy Pvt. Ltd.(HSEPL), Mumbai, India
Synopsis Black & Veatch was doing the Pre-Bid Engineering to Bid for the LNG Regasification EPC Contract for the Terminal.
Main activities involved in were validation of FEED Engineering Documents, P&ID Development, Hydraulic Calculations for critical loops, Preparation of Equipment PDS, Instrument PDS, Vendor Offer Review, Meeting with vendors for Equipment Design Optimization to minimize plant power consumption, Total Terminal Power Guarantee Tabulation.

Synopsis Reliance HMD Ethane Cracker Feed Modification Project
Customer: Reliance Industries Limited, Location: Hazira, India
Technip S&W PT was awarded the eBEP services contract and subsequently Detailed Engineering contract for the Hazira Ethane Cracker Feed Flexibility and Capacity expansion. Worked as a Sub Lead for project. Main activities involved were the Site visit for the newly added equipment layout finalization, P&ID Preparation, Hydraulic Calculations, PSV relief load calculation and sizing, Condensate Pot Sizing and datasheet preparation, Line Designation Table (LDT), Summaries - Flare Load summary, Battery Limit summary, Tie-In Summary, CV-FE summary for the revamp plant and in the Detailed Engineering, Vendor documents review for the Columns, Drums, Heat Exchangers, Refrigerant Compressors, Pumps, PSVs, Control valves, Specialty Items etc. P&ID Review, HAZOP study & Model Review.

Customer: JBF Petrochemicals, Location: Mangalore, India
Technip Mumbai was awarded the Detailed Engineering services contract for the OSBL part of the PTA plant. Worked on the Steam and Condensate System and Boiler Package. Main activities involved PFD and P&ID Development, Hydraulic Calculations, Boiler Vendor documents review.
Title USGC Petrochemicals Polyethylene Plant
Customer: Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, Location: Old Ocean Texas, USA
Synopsis Technip was awarded the Detailed Engineering service contract for the Polyethylene Plant. The main units of the plant are Reactors unit of ADL and mPE and Offsites and Utilities units.
Main activities involved in are the FEED Validation of the pumps, compressors, drums.
Pump Hydraulics and Datasheet, preparation of instruments datasheet, PSV Sing and Datasheet preparation, Flare Load Summary.
Title CCR Regeneration Plant
Customer: Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Location: Mahul, Mumbai, India
Synopsis Technip was awarded the LSTK contract for the CCR Regeneration Plant. Main activities involved in were the preparation of Shutdown Logic, P&ID’s, Line list, Pre-Commissioning and Operating Manual, Site visit for Pre-Checks as per the P&ID’s, As-Built markup. Commissioning and to conduct the Performance Guarantee Test Run (PGTR) for the Plant. Received Special Recognizition for the successful conduct of PGTR.
Title Sasol Ethane Cracker, Lake Charles Chemical Complex (LCCP)

Title FEED Services for the Grass Root Fujairah Refinery Project, UAE
Customer: International Petroleum Investment company, (IPIC), Location: Fujairah, UAE
Synopsis Technip was awarded the FEED Engineering service contract for the entire grass root Refinery.
Worked as a Process Sub-lead for the Saturated Gas Plant (SGP)
Main activities involved were preparation of engineering deliverables like process Design basis, process description, development of PFD, P&ID’s with SPPID, MSD, DPDT, SD, summaries like Utility consumption summary, flare load summary, Line List as per SPPID format, Catalyst and Chemical consumption summary, HAZOP Study at Technip Paris, Equipment PDS, Instrument PDS, Pump Hydraulics, PSV sizing, Line sizing and Line Hydraulics, C&E Diagrams, Operating Manual.
Critical Highlights: Completed the project within stipulated time frame and schedule of one year.
Lead Engineer for the HAZOP studies of the Sat gas Plant at Technip France.
