 Dealing with auditors regarding Zakat matters to ensure zakat return is submitted on
time by providing all data, documents and reports required by auditors.
 Cost center analysis report and recommendations on cost saving elements.
 Identification of low margin products and reporting to management.
 Managing Import documents and clearing goods from seaport & ensure accurate
recording with allocation of custom and freight and landing charges in system.
 Analysis of landing cost of products and its impact on margins.
 Preparing and maintaining fixed asset Register and all related documents.
 Stock ageing analysis and report on slow moving stock.
 Preparation of cash flow, budget and variance analysis reports.
 Preparation of sales & collection report on daily basis to compare with targets.
 Dealing with banks regarding company listing, leasing, documentary collections, LC
and other related matters.
 Ensuring that customers are receiving statement of account on time and clearing
overdue balances and identify missing discrepancies in customer’s ledgers through
reconciliation.
 Checking cutoff time of invoices and ensuring that sales are according to company
policies and no invoice is created above credit limit of customers.
