• Preparing Reports under Income Tax Act under section 44AB, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Its Relevant schedules
• Preparation and finalization of financial statement - Preparing Company Reports as per Company Act 1956.
• Conducted tax audits of various concerns under the Income Tax Act.
• Preparing and E filling of Income tax returns.
• Responsible for monthly & quarterly Service Tax Payments and Returns - Responsible for monthly & quarterly TDS Payments and Returns.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statement from journal entries to closing.
• Capitalization of Assets
• Correspondence with Debtors & Creditors
• Co-ordinate with internal Auditors
• Bank reconciliation statement
