1. Ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes, standards and Project specifications
through suitable examinations and testing.
2. Implementing quality control activities on Site in line with the established quality control
program.
3. Establishing a system and keeping a record of all quality conformance documentation of received material.
4. Providing support to management for interface on quality activities with internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).
5. Preparing and implementing the overall inspection and testing schedule based on the
construction schedule.
6. Reviewing Mill / Material Test Certificates of materials for conformance with approved MAR.
7. Preparing and implementing field inspection and testing procedures and plans for activities such as NDE Procedures, Hydro / Pneumatic test Procedures.
8. Reviewing and supervising the inspection & test versus the ITP plan requirements and coordination with construction management to this end.
9. Qualification and Approval of WPS / PQR, Welder Qualification (WQT & WPQ) for various materials in accordance with the WPS/ASME Sec IX Standard
