Updated & Revised Human Resource Development and Administration Policies and
Procedures. Develop best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy of HR and Administration processes.
 Handling all Job descriptions for all positions and keeping them updated.
 Handling complete Recruitment process which posting requirement on Job board and social media collecting CV screening, arranging up to the appointment.
 Work on the renewal of employees Insurance (Group Life, Workman compensation and Medical)
 Collecting Time sheet (Regular hours, Overtime and Fixed Overtime) information manually and Oracle report format all sites, projects, departments to upload in to the system.
 Keeping Track manually as well as in system for Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Resigned Termination and New Joiners to finalize the payroll.
 Assigning unique employee number to all new recruits and create employee file in existing database, record name, address, bank account information, etc.
 Input employee basic salary, fixed monthly cash allowances and fixed monetary benefit information into payroll database for accurate employee payroll processing.
 Compile accurate payroll data each month to facilitate monthly transfer and ensure all approved amendments as received from concerned personnel are reflected in employee payroll data including:
a. Special payments such as insurance, loans, allowances etc.
b. Performance rewards, including incentives, bonuses, commissions etc.
c. Approved expense claims
d. Deductions
e. Salary adjustments as necessitated by Leave Management System
 Prepare the monthly payroll data, with any required adjustments before submitting for approval
 Submit approved monthly payroll information to Finance Department for bank transfer and follow-up on discrepancies (if any)
 Record all end-of-service benefits and final settlement packages for employees in monthly payroll data, as necessary.
 Provide departmental payroll breakdowns to senior management to assist in their control/ review of staffing costs upon request.
 Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers and resignations, in order to ensure that payroll database is updated as necessary.
 Report all incidents of payroll errors and delays, and propose changes to the payroll function for the improvement of payroll administration process.
 Custodian of Salary, Benefit structure and working with closely with HR Manager for processing Benefits payment Like Air Ticket Car Allowance Medical insurance Group life insurance Education Allowance for Children(only for Higher Management). Execute through system electronically when required and sending through system to finance for further payment.
 Working closely with HR Manager on Performance Management for the distribution of bonus as per their final performance Appraisal document.
 Handlling Kuwaitization as per Mosal to finalize salaries of Kuwaiti employees.
 After performance Appraisal work with HR Manager to implement promotion as per recommendation in performance document by making change of Status form of employees providing history of Last increments and sending for approval to the management and after all the approvals updating their change of status (salary / positions) in system.
