HVAC involves 2 Nos. Roof mounted Trane Chillers, 3 Nos. Primary and 3 Nos. Secondary Chilled water Pumps, 5 Nos. AHU’s, 5 Nos. FCU’s, 3 Nos. DX units, 14 Nos. Extract Fans, GI Ducting, Chilled water piping etc.
Plumbing involves 4 Booster pumps, 6 Circulating pumps, 5 GRP tanks, Solar system, Filter system, 3 Heat exchangers, Sanitary wares, PPR piping, UPVC piping etc.
2. Villa on plot no: 281-2402, At Al-Kwaneej First
HVAC involves 12 Nos. Ducted split unit, 7 Nos. Decorative split unit, 10 Nos. Inline ducted exhaust fans, 3 Nos. Wall mounted exhaust fan, GI Ducting, Refrigerant piping etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing of MEP project execution plans as per the civil work programs.
• Preparation of material submittals as per project specifications and procurement of materials by coordination with purchase department.
• Following with the Draughtsman’s for shop drawings submissions to Consultant.
• Attending consultant and site meetings to solve technical issues.
• Giving necessary technical support to supervisors/foreman.
• Preparing RFI’s and Inspections.
• Preparing the variations for the project according to change in the design.
• Calculating Pump Head & ESP as per shop drawings and site condition.
• Developing inspection requests as well as carried out inspections along with Consultant for approval.
• Sending the enquiries to suppliers and comparing the quotations from the suppliers.
• Quantity estimation and costing of incoming projects (HVAC, water supply, drainage & firefighting) as per the given design drawings and material specifications.
• Attending Technical / Commercial Negotiation Meeting.
• Preparing the takeoff sheet according to the tender drawing.
• Comparing the quantities with the BOQ.
• Pricing the BOQ according to the specifications.
• Estimation and Preparation of Quotations against tenders received from various clients.
• Sending enquiries for various items. (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage etc.)

• Liaising with Site Engineers / Project Engineers & arrange for materials required for the project.
